Which PDAs are recommended for use?



The Dell Axim x50or x51 running Windows Mobile 5 or 6.
Do not purchase the x50v or x51v. There is a known video issue that is not scheduled to be addressed, along with known hardware problems with the 'v' model.
How are games stored?
Games are stored in PGN format.
How do you download games?
Games are stored in your My Documents\eNotate directory on your PDA. Use Active Sync to retrieve the PGNs
Will eNotate work on a Palm, Blackberry, or Apple device?
No, and there are no current plans for porting it at this time.
Will eNotate work on a Windows Mobile Phone
eNotate may operate on it however this is an unsupported and unauthorized use. USCF certification is for non-phone devices.
Can eNotate operate on other device platforms?
eNotate has been tested on HP IPAQ 1955 PDAs however we are recommending the Dell Axim x50 or x51 platforms.
